    I showed up today. I showed up to my yoga mat even though all the usual limiting lies came to my mind: I’m too tired, I don’t have enough energy, my back hurts, It’s ok to miss a week. Then there’s reality: I’m not too tired, I have enough energy AND this yoga class will energize me, my back NEEDS this yoga class, I can’t afford to miss this week if I want to maintain my core strength and have a pain-free week.
